Order Placement: To order products on SecretEmbraze, simply select the item(s) and then the sizes and quantity where applicable and click on "Add to Cart". By clicking "Continue Shopping" you can go on to select more items. When you are done with your shopping, just click "Checkout" to proceed to the order form.
Returning customer: If you are a returning customer who has a member account with us, please log in to enable the auto generation of your details.
New customer: If you are a first-time shopper with us, please furnish your information in the Member Registration Form and register as SecretEmbraze member to enjoy member privileges in future. Provide your information and email address correctly when creating your member account. Being a member enables you to track your orders and gain access to special discounts, exclusive promotions and new product updates.
Order Confirmation: Upon receiving successful transactions via credit card, Internet Banking Transfer or Paypal, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You can also save the order confirmation page or print it for your personal records. Your order will be processed and shipped 3 working days *subject to availability of stocks*, and you can track the status of your order under "Members Area". We are sure you will have a wonderful time! Order is non-cancellable once payment is processed.

When the transaction is successfully completed, the amount is immediately debited from your bank account. An electronic acknowledgement will be issued to you and you may print as a record of the transaction. You would also receive an acknowledgement from SecretEmbraze. So register with your bank if you have not already an Internet Banking ID and Pin yet.
